District Manager – QSR (8‑unit) in Quebec

About the role

We are seeking an experienced QSR District Manager to lead an 8‑unit portfolio across Quebec, from Montreal and Laval to Quebec City, the South Shore and Gatineau. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will spend the majority of your time on‑site, coaching restaurant managers and driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership for the district, monitoring sales, labour, food costs and guest satisfaction.
• Execute KPI targets and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Recruit, develop and retain restaurant managers, building a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct monthly audits covering financials, health & safety and HR compliance.
• Partner with managers to remove operational barriers and support new process roll‑outs, promotions and initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years as an Area Manager or Area Supervisor in a quick‑service restaurant environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations and drive results.
• Data‑driven decision‑making with strong communication skills.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Current District Manager handling 3–4 units who seeks a larger portfolio.
