District Manager – GTA & Southwestern Ontario

About the role

Knix is seeking a District Manager to lead a portfolio of stores across the Greater Toronto Area and Southwestern Ontario. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high‑performing, inclusive team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all stores meet operational standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and brand experience.
• Implement systems and tools to improve efficiency and consistency across locations.
• Optimize scheduling, payroll, and performance data to boost sales and profitability.
• Partner with Store Managers to develop business plans aligned with KPIs and company goals.
• Identify growth opportunities and execute strategies to improve conversion, average transaction value, and other key metrics.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers, supporting hiring, onboarding, and talent development.
• Champion a customer‑first experience by using insights and feedback to deepen loyalty.
