District Fitness Manager – Relocation to Vancouver

About the role

The District Fitness Manager (DFM) leads the fitness experience across multiple clubs in the Vancouver district, ensuring members receive best‑in‑class programs and services. Reporting to the VP of Fitness, the DFM combines operational oversight, team development, and revenue generation while upholding the company’s fitness philosophy and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee fitness operations for 7‑10 clubs, delivering high‑quality education, programs, and in‑person training.
• Achieve monthly fitness revenue targets by coaching and developing the fitness team.
• Manage staffing, hiring, training, and performance reviews to maintain an engaged, high‑performing team.
• Control labour budgets, schedule sessions, and ensure accurate administration of personal training records.
• Participate in direct selling, personal training sessions, and revenue‑generating activities such as workshops and supplement booths.
• Act as a cross‑functional manager, supporting peers and stepping in to assist members and staff as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer.
• At least 3 years experience as a Fitness Manager; multi‑unit management preferred.
• Consultative sales experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
