Distribution Coordinator – 3PL Operations

About the role

QRC Logistics, a family‑owned transportation and logistics provider in the Greater Toronto Area, is seeking a Distribution Coordinator to join its fast‑growing warehouse team in Halton Hills. The role serves as the primary administrative link between customers and warehouse operations, managing a portfolio of accounts and ensuring accurate order processing within the Warehouse Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main operational contact for assigned customer accounts, handling inquiries on inventory, orders, and shipments.
• Process inbound receipts, outbound orders, transfers, returns and inventory transactions in the WMS.
• Review and release customer orders, monitor open orders and resolve issues that could affect service levels.
• Coordinate customer priorities with warehouse staff to guarantee timely execution and accurate documentation.
• Maintain and respond to shared customer service inboxes, escalating concerns when necessary.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
