About the role

Join Birks, a historic luxury jewellery retailer, as a Distribution Center Clerk in the Montreal corporate office. You will support the e‑commerce operation by processing orders and preparing merchandise, ensuring every client interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Process e‑commerce orders and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain accurate and timely data entry of order information.
• Communicate discrepancies between documentation and actual merchandise to the supervisor.
• Tag merchandise correctly and customize orders to meet client requests.
• Complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines, especially during high‑season periods.

Required profile

• College diploma (minimum).
• At least three years of retail distribution experience.
• Strong team orientation, proactive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑stress environment.
• Proficient level of English for communication with non‑Quebec teams.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics (experience considered an asset).
