Dispatcher / Call Taker (Part‑Time & Full‑Time)

About the role

Riide Holdings Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic Dispatcher/Call Taker to join its riide division in Saskatoon. This entry‑level position works in the Dispatch Office, handling incoming calls and emails to book taxi services using riide’s advanced dispatch system.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
• Enter service requests into the computer dispatch system accurately, following internal protocols.
• Collaborate positively with the Dispatch Office team and support overall customer service excellence.
• De‑escalate customer complaints proactively and transfer complex issues to the Dispatch Manager.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Dispatch Manager.

Required profile

• General knowledge of Saskatoon’s landmarks and road network.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Proven customer‑service experience.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work evenings, overnight (11:30 pm‑8:00 am) and weekends.
• Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.

Required skills

• Computer dispatch system operation (as used by riide).
