Dispatch Coordinator – Grimsby

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Dispatch Coordinator to join our Grimsby office. The role supports field technicians by managing service calls, scheduling, and communication, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a multi‑line telephone system and document calls while delivering excellent customer service.
• Review and prioritize service requests submitted via customer websites.
• Schedule and dispatch field employees to service calls using phone or email.
• Communicate clearly with the dispatch team and other departments.
• Verify weekly employee timesheets for accuracy using work orders and GPS data.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in an administrative or dispatch role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking capability.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, with flexible hours between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn and use GeoTab for geographic routing.
