About the role
Delta Hotels by Marriott Saint John is seeking a reliable Dishwasher Steward to join its fast‑paced kitchen team. This part‑time position focuses on maintaining a clean and efficient dishwashing area while supporting overall kitchen operations.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
- Assist with food preparation and storage as needed.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented and able to work efficiently.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Passionate about delivering top‑notch service to guests.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
Required skills
- Operation of commercial dishwashing equipment.
