About the role

Olive Garden in Ottawa is seeking a reliable dishwasher to support the kitchen team and ensure a clean, safe dining environment. As a key member of the restaurant, you will help deliver a great guest experience by keeping all dishware and utensils spotless.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an organized, tidy, and clean dishwashing area.
• Set up the dishwashing station and operate the commercial dishwasher.
• Provide clean plates, glasses, and utensils for service and store them appropriately.
• Prepare bus pans for soaking and perform manual washing when needed.
• Complete additional cleaning tasks assigned by management.
• Empty and clean garbage containers regularly.
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist teammates across the restaurant as required.
