Dishwasher – Kitchen Support

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Dishwasher to join our kitchen team at Groupe Dynamite’s head office in Montreal. You will work autonomously to clean, sanitize and organize all kitchen equipment while maintaining high hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Wash, rinse and sanitize cutlery, glassware, dishes and pots, then store them in the appropriate areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe dishwashing area, including regular floor cleaning and waste removal.
• Separate recycling items correctly and manage garbage disposal.
• Collect portable dirty‑dish carts across head‑office buildings.
• Support additional tasks such as catering delivery, special events, meal preparation, and cash‑register duties during peak periods.
• Follow emergency fire, health and safety procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and clean habits.
• High health and safety standards (certification is a plus).
• Highly organized, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Capable of lifting at least 10 lb repeatedly.
• Flexible schedule, including occasional night shifts.
• Team player, self‑starter, and able to work independently.
• Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
