Director, S&OP and Strategic Procurement

About the role

March Networks is seeking a senior leader to own end‑to‑end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) while driving strategic procurement for its hardware portfolio. The role will align demand, supply, and financial plans and build a world‑class supply base with global contract manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve the S&OP/IBP framework, calendar and governance across Sales, Operations, Finance, Product and Engineering.
• Lead monthly demand, supply and executive S&OP reviews, translating decisions into MPS/MRP, capacity plans and commercial commitments.
• Integrate demand forecasts, supply plans and financial targets to meet revenue, service level and inventory objectives while managing risk.
• Develop consensus demand plans, oversee forecasting methodologies and manage forecast accuracy.
• Translate demand into capacity, supply and inventory plans that meet service and working‑capital targets.
• Provide advanced procurement leadership throughout the product development lifecycle, maintaining strategic supplier relationships for key hardware components.
• Lead enterprise supply‑risk management, addressing geopolitical, tariff, lifecycle and single‑source risks.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in S&OP, IBP and strategic procurement for hardware or technology products.
• Strong understanding of global contract manufacturing and supply‑chain risk management.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive disciplined, repeatable processes.
• Excellent analytical and scenario‑planning skills.
