Director, Product Marketing

About the role

Procurify is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to shape how the company competes and wins in the procurement market. In this senior, player‑coach position you will own the company narrative, messaging architecture, market segmentation and analyst relations while leading a team of two Product Marketing Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own Procurify’s positioning strategy and differentiate the platform in the procurement market.
• Build and maintain the company‑level narrative and messaging architecture, translating it into actionable positioning for product teams.
• Lead market segmentation, customer research, win/loss analysis and use data to guide investment decisions.
• Shape analyst relations strategy, act as an external voice through briefings, press and webinars.
• Set launch standards, own go‑to‑market execution, direct‑to‑customer communications and report on pipeline, adoption and retention impact.
• Develop an AI‑first product marketing practice, establishing tools, workflows and repeatable processes.
• Coach and grow two Product Marketing Managers, defining team structure, culture and quarterly plans.

Required profile

• 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with product marketing leadership and people‑management responsibilities.
• Proven track record of owning company‑level positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market strategy for multi‑product SaaS platforms.
• Ability to translate customer, competitive and market insights into positioning, roadmap, pricing and investment decisions.
• Experience influencing senior executives, sales, product, customer success and industry analysts.
• Commercial mindset with measurable impact on pipeline, adoption, retention and competitive performance.
• Fluency in AI‑enabled workflows and demonstrable improvements using AI tools.
