Director of Corporate Affairs

About the role

NDT Global is seeking a Director of Corporate Affairs to support its growth and governance initiatives. Reporting to the Vice President of Legal Affairs, the role is based in Quebec City and requires a three‑day‑a‑week presence in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to acquisition, financing and strategic partnership projects, aligning legal and commercial objectives.
• Oversee corporate secretarial functions for the parent company and subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with laws and best governance practices.
• Develop, update and enforce corporate policies and procedures.
• Implement and maintain export control policies across the group.
• Manage commercial insurance portfolios to protect assets and operations.
• Administer stock option and purchase plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external counsel on strategic legal matters.
• Support operational projects in partnership with internal and external teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Member of the Quebec Bar.
• Bilingual in French and English with excellent communication skills.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience.
• Experience with international acquisitions is an asset.
• Strong analytical, business judgment and problem‑solving abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and solid business acumen.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
