Director – Large‑Scale Sales & Operations

About the role

The Director will leverage deep sector knowledge to lead large‑scale sales and operations activities for Desjardins Group. Reporting to the Vice‑President, you will shape strategic priorities, manage a high‑performing team, and ensure member and client satisfaction across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Vice‑President in defining and communicating strategic priorities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor the administrative department’s business plan aligned with strategic goals.
• Apply change‑management, talent‑attraction, and diversity practices consistent with Desjardins’ values.
• Define and execute service‑related activities, ensuring projects deliver targeted business results.
• Manage individual and team performance to drive the business plan.
• Continuously improve processes within the unit’s scope.
• Promote Desjardins Group’s cooperative values and represent the organization in business‑intelligence activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least ten years of relevant experience in sales, operations, or strategic management.
• Fluency in French.
• Demonstrated business insight, talent development, results orientation, innovation, networking, rapid learning, and strategic mindset.
