Director, Global Supply Chain & Procurement

About the role

The Director, Global Supply Chain & Procurement will lead end‑to‑end supply chain performance across a worldwide manufacturing network. Based in Bolton, ON, this senior leader will drive cost reductions, improve lead times, and build a resilient, globally optimized supply base while supporting multiple new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive structural cost reductions across direct material spend through global sourcing strategy, supplier negotiations and design‑to‑cost initiatives.
• Deliver measurable reductions in end‑to‑end lead times, improve material availability, inventory turns and on‑time delivery across all sites.
• Develop and execute a global supply‑base and footprint strategy that reduces risk, expands sourcing in emerging regions and enhances flexibility.
• Ensure supply‑chain readiness for concurrent new product introductions, partnering with Engineering and Operations to align sourcing with design, cost and timing targets.
• Lead supplier strategy and performance management, establishing disciplined cost‑management processes, benchmarking and continuous productivity tracking.

Required profile

• Results‑driven operator capable of delivering measurable outcomes under tight timelines and high expectations.
• Proven experience leading global supply chain and procurement functions across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Engineering, Operations and Finance.
• Demonstrated track record of cost leadership, lead‑time reduction and risk mitigation.
