Director, Global Product Management – Test & Learn

About the role

Mastercard’s Services team is expanding its Test & Learn product suite, delivering data‑driven experimentation tools to global issuers, acquirers and merchants. As Director of Global Product Management, you will shape the vision and roadmap for early‑stage products that enable multi‑million‑dollar decisions for some of the world’s largest organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate an inspiring product vision based on customer needs, market opportunities and technology trends.
• Translate strategy into detailed roadmaps, prioritising features using usage data and financial impact.
• Collaborate with software engineers, UX designers and technical program managers to create clear product requirements.
• Own profit‑and‑loss accountability, aligning product strategy with financial forecasts.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact product releases on schedule.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital advertising or measurement product management.
• Background launching commercial products and managing third‑party development partners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of challenging the status quo.
• Deep expertise in agile product development practices.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
