Director, Commercial FP&A

About the role

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Commercial Financial Planning & Analysis, the Director, Commercial FP&A will own two of the highest‑priority pillars in PointClickCare’s commercial finance agenda: Commercial Deal Operational Excellence and Contribution Margin Expansion. This senior leadership position partners with GTM, Revenue Operations, Corporate Strategy and Partnerships to shape commercial decisions that drive ARR growth and margin performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Deal Operational Excellence, establishing governance for the DealDesk function and defining deal‑quality standards.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to set the strategic vision for DealDesk, including promotional programs, performance metrics and accountability structures.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Monetization teams to operationalize pricing objectives and execute commercial agreements.
• Drive Contribution Margin Expansion by guiding resource allocation, efficiency metrics and capacity planning aligned with ARR growth.
• Oversee scenario planning and stress‑testing across quarterly to multi‑year horizons to quantify upside and downside outcomes.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing FP&A team, fostering talent development and succession planning.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience leading finance teams in commercial FP&A within a fast‑growing technology environment.
• Proven ability to drive cross‑functional initiatives, including AI‑enabled transformation of finance processes.
• Strong partnership skills with GTM, Revenue Operations, Corporate Strategy and Partnerships leadership.
