Director, Commercial FP&A

About the role

PointClickCare is seeking a Director of Commercial Financial Planning & Analysis to lead two strategic pillars – Commercial Deal Operational Excellence and Contribution Margin Expansion. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Commercial FP&A, the role partners with GTM, Revenue Operations, Corporate Strategy and Partnerships leaders to drive ARR growth and margin performance in a fast‑growing health‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the Commercial Deal Operational Excellence agenda, ensuring deals are structured, priced and tracked efficiently.
• Lead the Contribution Margin Expansion program, identifying levers to improve profitability across the commercial portfolio.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to senior leadership, influencing go‑to‑market and pricing decisions.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing FP&A team, fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
• Drive the integration of AI tools into financial processes to enhance forecasting, reporting and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Senior finance professional with extensive experience in commercial finance within technology or healthcare sectors.
• Proven track record of leading high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives and managing executive‑level relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
• Experience scaling finance functions in fast‑growing, SaaS‑based organizations.
