Digital Media Planner – Hybrid (Ottawa)

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Digital Media Planner to join our Ottawa team. In this hybrid position you will own the end‑to‑end management of paid‑media campaigns, helping clients generate leads and drive sales across a range of platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise PPC and paid‑social campaigns on Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Create, test and refine ad copy, creative assets (static, animated, video) and conversion tracking setups.
• Produce regular performance reports and present insights to clients, aligning results with business objectives.
• Lead client‑facing meetings, understand goals, and drive retention through measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics and development teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Stay current on industry trends, platform updates and maintain Google Ads certifications.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with strong analytical mindset and enthusiasm for digital advertising.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Based in Ottawa and able to work on‑site three days per week.
