Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Knix is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead paid social media advertising across multiple platforms. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, optimizing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and support the brand’s growth in the fashion and retail sector.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage paid social campaigns on Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Analyze creative performance, identify trends and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Conduct daily optimization, budget checks and ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
• Assist in ad builds, ensuring proper setup and execution across platforms.
• Perform QA on creative briefs and ads to align with performance marketing goals and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Creative, Site, Data, and Finance teams for cross‑functional alignment.
• Use analytics tools to assess performance and pinpoint optimization opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates and best practices.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically paid social media advertising.
• Strong proficiency with Meta advertising and experience on Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube or similar platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a self‑starter attitude.
• Experience in fashion or retail is a plus.
