Digital Marketing Specialist – Hybrid, Montreal

About the role

LevelOps is seeking a full‑time Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Montreal team. The role is hybrid, allowing a mix of onsite collaboration and remote work. You will translate the company’s AI‑driven positioning into searchable content, produce visuals and short‑form videos, run paid and outbound campaigns, and own the analytics that prove performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and publish SEO‑optimized blog posts, GEO pages, YouTube tutorials, and community answers in both English and French.
• Create visual assets and short‑form videos using AI creation tools.
• Plan, launch, and iterate paid and outbound campaigns (Meta, Reddit, Google, cold email) in two‑week sprint cycles, including event and trade‑show support.
• Set up GA4 tracking, UTM parameters, and attribution models across a Shopify‑based funnel.
• Analyse campaign data, report on performance, and recommend optimisation actions.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience creating content and managing growth or e‑commerce campaigns.
• Bilingual in French and English, with the ability to produce written and visual content in both languages.
• Self‑starter who can build and ship content without relying on external agencies.
• Comfortable working with data, attribution, and SEO fundamentals.
• Interest in AI tools, no‑code/low‑code automation, and B2B e‑commerce ecosystems.
