Digital Insurance Project Manager – Fully Remote

About the role

As a Digital Insurance Project Manager you will lead the implementation of new and existing projects across CoverGo’s operations, driving transformation in the fast‑growing insurtech market. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with leading global insurers while shaping digital insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead project planning sessions with both CoverGo teams and client staff.
• Support solution proposals, client pursuits, and proof‑of‑concept (PoC) initiatives.
• Participate in design, submission, and review phases of proposals and PoCs.
• Assist in contract creation and client communications.
• Identify and secure growth opportunities for existing clients.
• Monitor project progress, adapt work as required, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Host regular project reviews and produce status reports using company metrics.
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Identify and manage issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Continuously optimise processes and overall project approach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• At least 3 years of experience in the insurance domain.
• Strong client‑facing experience.
• Proven ability to see projects through the full life‑cycle.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
