Digital Imaging PACS Administrator

About the role

Accenture is hiring a Digital Imaging PACS Administrator (Applications Support Coordinator) for its Advanced Technology Centers network, working with clients' healthcare IT needs. The role sits in Montreal, Toronto or Mississauga and requires on-site presence three days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Document current business workflows and help analyse and design new ones.
• Define detailed product requirements and use cases, and give input to high-level functional specifications.
• Work with project managers, architects and business analysts to define metrics and performance goals for the application.
• Help turn requirements into test conditions for product, performance and user acceptance testing, and take part in quality management reviews.
• Assist with system configuration, integration setup and testing.
• Act as an intermediary between the client's Epic team and Accenture tech leads on data structures, workflows and technology capabilities.
• Help develop and document data requests and source-to-target mappings.
• Other duties as assigned, including implementation, optimization, upgrades and application support.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare IT, in a PACS Administrator Applications Support Coordinator role.
• Bachelor's degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
• English is required; bilingualism is not required.
• Bonus points for 1 year of consulting experience and for experience with Change Healthcare Enterprise Viewer, Philips IntelliSpace ECG, Laitek DICOM Router, VNA or Epic EHR integrations.

Required skills

• Synapse (Fuji) PACS experience and certification.
• Technical proficiency and strong communication skills.

Compensation depends on location, role, skill set and experience; the annual salary range for Montreal, Quebec and Mississauga, Ontario is $69,450 to $119,450.
