Digital Growth & Personalization Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Growth & Personalization Manager to act as the strategic advisor for our Digital Strategy team. In this hands‑on role you will define testing and personalization road‑maps, translate customer research into actionable hypotheses, and drive site optimisation that accelerates B2B buyer journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Define testing and personalization strategy, set hypotheses and ensure methodological rigor.
• Build and manage a quarterly testing roadmap aligned with customer insights and business priorities.
• Conduct independent research on friction points, user segments and behaviour across the B2B buyer journey.
• Launch and own simple tests (copy changes, targeting, basic segmentation) while collaborating with engineering on complex builds.
• Analyse results beyond win/lose, uncover segment‑specific lift and translate findings into next‑phase strategy.
• Present test ideas, progress and conclusions to stakeholders, positioning optimisation as a driver of sales efficiency.
• Communicate technical requirements to engineering teams, understanding data layers and tracking frameworks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in growth, experimentation or optimisation, with a proven record of managing testing roadmaps.
• Deep expertise in audience segmentation, targeting and hypothesis‑driven testing.
• Experience designing and executing personalization campaigns for B2B audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize research into actionable strategies.
• Excellent storytelling and stakeholder‑management skills.
