About the role

As a Digital Chat Consultant you will deliver premium lifestyle, travel and concierge services to customers worldwide through chat, email and phone. You will create personalized itineraries, secure reservations and provide high‑touch support that exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer interactions across chat, email and phone, adapting to demand.
• Research and recommend curated travel, dining, entertainment and lifestyle experiences.
• Coordinate reservations for hotels, flights, restaurants, ground transportation, events and more.
• Provide exclusive benefits, upgrades and tailored recommendations using program expertise.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors and partners to fulfill requests and resolve issues.
• Stay up‑to‑date on destinations, trends and program enhancements.
• De‑escalate concerns, especially during travel disruptions, while meeting service‑level expectations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to think creatively to solve inquiries.
• Passion for travel, lifestyle services and delivering extraordinary experiences.
