DevOps Platform Specialist

About the role

Croesus is seeking a passionate DevOps Platform Specialist to join its Platform team. The role focuses on automating deployments and managing a hybrid infrastructure that spans public cloud (AWS) and a managed hosting centre. You will modernise existing systems and build delivery pipelines using Infrastructure as Code principles.

Key responsibilities

• Modernise the current hybrid‑cloud infrastructure and migrate workloads to the new platform.
• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions (and optionally Jenkins).
• Provision and manage hybrid environments using Terraform and Ansible.
• Implement platform governance, security controls and configuration management.
• Optimise performance and cost, and ensure robust monitoring and observability together with the Operations team.
• Maintain and improve internal automation tools and processes.

Required profile

• Fluency in French (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE or a similar role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS deployments.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and Linux administration.
• Ability to work in an Agile, multidisciplinary team.
