DevOps Engineer – Cloud Infrastructure & Automation

About the role

Raisin is seeking a DevOps Engineer to own and evolve its cloud infrastructure, automation pipelines, and operational processes. You will work on a SaaS platform that supports fundraising for more than 300 non‑profit causes, ensuring the environment is secure, scalable, and cost‑effective.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage highly available AWS infrastructure following best‑practice architecture and cost‑optimization guidelines.
• Maintain the Terraform codebase across all environments, guaranteeing reproducible and version‑controlled provisioning.
• Implement cloud security controls (IAM, network, encryption) and manage PCI DSS compliance for infrastructure and pipelines.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for both containerized and non‑containerized workloads, covering build, test, and deployment stages.
• Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to detect and resolve performance or availability issues.
• Own the full lifecycle of deployment environments (INT, QA, UAT, production) and ensure environment parity.
• Manage container workloads, perform OS/application upgrades, and conduct capacity planning on AWS‑hosted platforms.
• Integrate AI‑augmented tools to automate anomaly detection, root‑cause analysis, and routine remediation.
• Support development teams with fast, reproducible local and CI environments and collaborate with QA to embed automated testing.

Required profile

• Strong experience designing and operating AWS cloud environments.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform.
• Hands‑on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud security, compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS), and monitoring practices.
• Ability to work in an agile/scrum setting and collaborate across development, QA, and operations teams.
