Designers (Talent Pool)

About the role

DEPT® is building a talent pool of designers to support future hyper‑personalised digital campaigns for clients such as eBay and Walmart. This is not a live opening but an invitation to join a pipeline of creative talent that will be considered for upcoming design opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Take design briefs from concept to final delivery.
• Contribute innovative ideas during creative brainstorming sessions.
• Produce high‑quality visual assets, including image sourcing, digital artworking, and animation for email, display, and video channels.
• Develop rich visual content for owned platforms such as websites, apps, and newsletters.
• Ensure designs align with client business goals and stay current with design and marketing trends.

Required profile

• Open to designers at any experience level, from early‑career to senior.
• Agency or digital design experience is a plus.
• Self‑driven, resourceful, and highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented mindset, willing to support colleagues and accept feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency with industry‑standard design tools, especially Figma.
• Good eye for layout, typesetting, and image retouching.
• Motion or 3D design experience is a plus.
