Designer (Print & Industrial)

About the role

The Designer will support CGT’s pool, decking, and marine divisions by creating and developing new print designs. Working closely with the industrial team, you will maintain a dynamic design portfolio that reflects leading trends and project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Receive design requests, incorporate feedback, and deliver high‑quality artwork using traditional media and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Participate in planning new design development and support industrial design with sample preparation and archive maintenance.
• Conceptualize and communicate design concepts to Design, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Blend creativity with practical specifications to execute solutions that meet industrial project objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt priorities as new information arises.
• Create marketing assets such as sample books, mock‑ups, brochure images, videos, and social‑media graphics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design, Visual Arts, or Media Arts.
• Three or more years of experience in a design studio or related environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Experience using artistic mediums such as painting, sketching, or drawing.
• Knowledge of print processes (gravure, flexo, screen printing, intaglio) is an asset.
