About the role

Join Soucy Track Systems as a Design Engineer and turn your ideas into real, field‑tested products. You will work on mechanical systems used in demanding agricultural and industrial environments, seeing the impact of your designs from concept through production.

Key responsibilities

• Design and model mechanical systems in 3D.
• Create new products and improve existing ones for higher effectiveness.
• Lead engineering projects from initial concept to final production rollout.
• Participate in testing, technical reviews, and production launches.
• Tackle concrete technical challenges and deliver practical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Certified Professional Engineer (CPE) or equivalent engineering certification.
• Strong interest in mechanics and a resourceful, curious mindset.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in 3D modeling.
