Deputy Principal Construction Manager

About the role

The Deputy Principal Construction Manager will support senior consultants in delivering high‑quality construction projects for our clients in Toronto. You will act as a bridge between clients, vendors and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with clients and assist in business development activities.
• Prepare proposals, methodology documents and contribute to the creation of new business opportunities.
• Conduct legal and scholarly research to support project documentation.
• Create reports, gather and analyse data, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Coordinate client meetings, vendor interactions and internal project updates.

Required profile

• Limited consultancy experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for data trends.
• Professional demeanor, personal accountability and a positive “can‑do” attitude.
• Ability to interact effectively with vendors and clients.
