About the role
The Dental Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at Vetech Dental Laboratories. This position combines front‑desk duties with basic bookkeeping in a fast‑paced dental laboratory environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide basic information to clients and the public, answer telephone calls and relay messages.
- Schedule, confirm and manage appointments.
- Send invoices, receive and issue payments, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain work records, logs, and perform clerical duties such as filing and mail distribution.
- Operate the switchboard/telephone system and monitor mobile radio or telephone.
Required profile
- No degree, certificate or diploma required.
- No prior experience needed; training will be provided.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and pay close attention to detail.
- Availability for morning shifts.
