Delivery Lead – Data & AI Transformation

About the role

As a Delivery Lead at Datatonic, you will drive strategic consulting and execution for large‑scale data and AI transformation programmes. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, from solution design and SOW creation through implementation and value realisation, working closely with account managers and technical leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex data and AI programmes across multiple workstreams, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality delivery.
• Align technical delivery roadmaps with client business objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Own the financial performance of accounts, managing budgets, forecasts, P&L and driving profitability.
• Manage executive‑level stakeholder communications, maintaining satisfaction and trust.
• Implement and continuously improve delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, Waterfall) and governance structures.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in a consulting firm, Big Four, technical consultancy or software vendor leading enterprise transformation.
• Proven track record managing multi‑million‑dollar, multi‑year data or AI programmes with 10+ team members.
• Strong pre‑sales and commercial expertise, including SOW creation and deal structuring.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in financial management, forecasting and P&L tracking for professional services.

Required skills

• Agile Project Management, Prince2 or Scrum certification.
• Proficiency with JIRA or similar issue‑tracking tools.
• Cloud platform certifications (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools for opportunity tracking.
