Delivery Driver – Customer Service Focus

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to transport goods to customers while providing professional and courteous service. The role involves operating vans or light trucks, handling loads up to 23 kg, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver items.
• Load and unload goods, handling weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• Follow directions, read maps, and adhere to delivery schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service during each interaction.
• Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip vehicle inspections.

Required profile

• 2 to less than 3 years of experience in delivery or transportation.
• Valid Class 5/5F/G licence for cars, small trucks, and 2‑axle vehicles.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads safely.
• Strong client focus, punctuality, and reliability.
