Dealer Performance Specialist – Remote (Canada)

About the role

Audi RED is seeking two remote Dealer Performance Specialists to support Canadian Audi dealerships—one for Eastern Canada (EST) and one for Western Canada (MST). The role acts as the primary liaison between dealers, field representatives, third‑party vendors and internal teams, ensuring smooth program enrollment, training, issue resolution and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between dealers, field reps, 3rd‑party vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage enrollment of dealers into the oADD platform and related programs.
• Provide platform support, analytics guidance and lead training initiatives for dealers.
• Develop deep expertise in the oADD program to serve as a trusted source of information and coaching.
• Resolve B2B and B2C issues arising from dealers or connected partners.
• Monitor and improve lead and performance metrics for assigned dealers and brand websites.
• Assist field teams in promoting program awareness and education.
• Conduct content quality assurance and SEO optimization for dealer websites.
• Analyze conversion rate data and recommend CRO improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with automotive dealerships or similar B2B environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting across Canadian time zones.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the oADD platform or comparable dealer management systems.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and content quality assurance.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
• Analytical skills for monitoring lead and performance metrics.
