Data Integrity Analyst – Heavy Vehicles Division

About the role

The Data Integrity Analyst will support the Heavy Vehicles Division by ensuring that product, procurement and inventory data are accurate, complete and reliable across all business platforms. You will work closely with operations, product management, supply, marketing and IT teams to maintain high‑quality data throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Report and investigate data‑integrity issues and communicate findings to internal partners.
• Identify, consolidate and analyse data requirements to design and implement improvement solutions.
• Update product assortments, ensuring all relevant attributes and UPC codes are present.
• Participate in division‑wide projects involving the product department and enforce data‑compliance rules.
• Develop and maintain procedures that safeguard the integrity of information.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree in information management, operations management, business administration, computer science or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, information management or a similar department.
• Good understanding of distribution, supply systems and product information management (PIM) concepts.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both French and English.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal clients across Canada.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, macros and Access databases.
