Data Entry Clerk – Onsite

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our private‑sector team on‑site. The role involves handling a high volume of documents, converting handwritten information into digital formats, and maintaining the integrity of our databases.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, register, and organise incoming documents for data entry.
• Enter data accurately according to predefined formats using MS Office applications.
• Transfer handwritten information into Excel or Word files.
• Verify completeness and correctness of entered data.
• Store, update and back‑up databases to ensure data preservation.
• Perform general office duties such as scanning and creating digital records.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on data entry experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, repetitive environment with high attention to detail.
• Own transportation or access to public transport.
