Data & Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Data & Analytics Specialist to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Calgary. In this position you will act as a bridge between the Data Strategy & Fulfillment team, the Customer Solutions team and external data processors to ensure high‑quality, well‑governed customer data that supports timely and accurate fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Support digital transformation projects, including requirements definition, data readiness, testing and adoption for legacy‑to‑cloud migrations.
• Lead cross‑functional workshops with local, regional and global stakeholders to standardise and automate data processes and controls.
• Collaborate with service providers to define data‑quality monitoring, KPIs and issue‑detection mechanisms, and translate findings into remediation actions.
• Deliver customer and program analytics, such as behaviour insights, reward and claim patterns, and ad‑hoc analyses to inform business decisions.
• Manage customer master data stewardship activities, ensuring accurate sales reporting, go‑to‑market execution and incentive payout integrity.
• Coordinate with third‑party data processors, IT and enterprise data teams to enforce business rules, resolve data defects and meet service‑level agreements.
• Own end‑to‑end data validation and issue‑resolution workflows, including triage, root‑cause analysis and corrective‑action coordination.
• Build and maintain executive‑ready dashboards and recurring performance reports with clear definitions and governance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data validation, issue resolution and master‑data management.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external partners in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into business‑focused recommendations.
