Data Analyst

About the role

As a Data Analyst at Stripe, you will partner closely with product, engineering, and business teams to turn complex data into actionable insights. You will help shape decisions that drive responsible growth for millions of companies using Stripe’s financial infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to translate business questions into data problems.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, metrics, dashboards, and reports.
• Extract insights from Stripe’s rich data sets and communicate findings through clear data storytelling.
• Provide actionable business recommendations and enable self‑service analytics for stakeholders.

Required profile

• MS/MA + 2 years or BS/BA + 3 years of full‑time experience in Business Intelligence Engineering, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to convey results and drive impact.
• Experience enabling stakeholders through self‑service tooling and training.
