Data Analyst – End‑to‑End Analytics for Canadian Business

About the role
Eucalyptus, part of Hims & Hers, is seeking a Data Analyst to own analytics for its Canadian business unit. You will work directly with the Lead Data Scientist and collaborate with product, growth, finance, and operations teams, gaining exposure across the entire company.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and other tools.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation from design through results interpretation.
- Own cohort and retention analytics for the Canadian subscription business.
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to answer business questions.
- Collaborate with US and international analytics teams to develop best‑practice playbooks.
Required profile
- Motivated to understand an entire business end‑to‑end through data.
- Eager to take 360‑degree ownership early in your career.
- Comfortable working with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with Looker Studio (or similar BI tools).
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets for data manipulation.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodology and cohort analysis.
