Data Analyst (Design to Manufacturing)

About the role

Michelin's Magog research centre is hiring a Data Analyst focused on Design to Manufacturing. The analyst supports business decisions and performance improvement through data analysis, reporting and business intelligence solutions, working closely with Beyond Road stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for Design-to-Manufacturing teams, including analysing requirements, cleaning data, identifying trends and keeping documentation accurate.
• Manage and support data sources used for reporting, including Data Lake environments, internal data warehouses and external databases.
• Collaborate with process partners, process engineers and business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs (IRM processes).
• Promote development standards, governance practices and continuous improvement within the citizen developer community.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions for process teams and their internal partners.
• Provide Level 1 support for reporting and analytics tools, maintain user documentation and train users.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in business intelligence and data management.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, able to work in a multicultural, international environment.
• High degree of autonomy, quick learner and proactive, able to work independently.

Required skills

• Power BI
• ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent (a plus)
• Industrial procurement, direct procurement, supply chain, manufacturing or a related function (a plus)
