DashMart Team Member – Warehouse Associate

About the role

DoorDash’s DashMart stores bring convenience items to customers through the DoorDash app. As a DashMart Team Member you will work in a brick‑and‑mortar warehouse, picking, packing and preparing orders for delivery drivers.

Key responsibilities

• Pick items from shelves based on app orders and pack them accurately for dispatch.
• Manage inventory, receive shipments, and monitor product shelf life to reduce spoilage.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Communicate with customers to confirm or adjust substitutions when needed.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, positive attitude and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Proven success in a retail or warehouse setting.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lb (accommodations available).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Required skills

• Basic inventory tracking.
• Ability to use handheld devices for order picking.
