About the role

As a Dairy & Frozen Associate at Walmart Canada, you will be the front‑line team member ensuring the dairy and frozen sections are well‑stocked, safe, and inviting for customers. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to develop retail and food‑handling expertise in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Zone the dairy and frozen department to maintain organized product placement.
• Rotate stock, inspect for expired items and remove them promptly.
• Verify that all merchandise is correctly signed, priced and labelled.
• Follow cold‑chain compliance, including thermometer calibration, temperature recording and proper food‑handling procedures.
• Apply food‑safety and sanitation standards, keeping the area clean and free of debris or liquids.
• Process ordering, clearance, mark‑ups, markdowns, and labeling according to store policies.
• Maintain department features and displays.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Ability to work full‑time hours in a retail setting.
• Willingness to follow Walmart’s standards, policies and safety procedures.
