Cycle Instructor – Group Fitness Class

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Cycle Instructor to lead energetic group cycling sessions at our studio. You will create a fun, safe, and motivating environment that helps members achieve their fitness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Arrive 10‑15 minutes before each class to set up the studio and check‑in at the front desk.
• Welcome participants, introduce yourself, and build excitement for the session.
• Lead the cycle class with clear instruction, proper technique cues, and adaptations for injuries.
• Monitor participants throughout the class to ensure safety and correct form.
• Stay 10‑15 minutes after class to gather feedback and engage with members.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.

Required profile

• Passionate about fitness and health, with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
• Friendly, personable, and able to build positive client relationships.
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and energizing participants.
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual.
• Motivated, proactive, and able to take ownership of the class experience.

Required skills

• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid fitness instructor certification or related workshop credentials.
