Cyber Security Health Industry Lead (Senior Manager)

About the role

Accenture Security is looking for a Senior Manager to advise health industry clients on mitigating cyber security risks through its end-to-end security services. The role acts as trusted security advisor to industry and technology leaders, supports business development and leads large-scale solution delivery for health clients. It is a full-time, multiple-location position.

Key responsibilities

• Support security mandates of industry and technology leaders with end-to-end security solutions and innovations
• Drive business development, including origination, qualification, capture and relationship development
• Develop, plan and lead large-scale solution delivery for health clients across security and privacy capabilities
• Lead the writing and presentation of client proposals
• Maintain relationships with key client stakeholders at VP and C-suite level
• Assist in growing the Health and Public Sector Security practice

Required profile

• Deep health industry experience and subject matter expertise in cyber strategy, security governance and technology risk programmes (risk management, supplier cyber risk, security operating models, transformation programs)
• Minimum of 15 years of experience designing and delivering security services for clients
• Experience leading interactions with senior security and technology executives
• Strong people management skills and ability to lead multi-region teams
• Bilingual English and French preferred if located in Montreal
• Fluency in English and French required for Montreal; otherwise not stated

Required skills

• Industry recognized professional security certification (CISSP/CISM)
• Preferred: bachelor's degree or higher
• Preferred: experience at a large consulting firm and leading business development and sales capture
• Preferred: knowledge of security vendors and product capabilities

Salary range for British Columbia, Ontario and New Brunswick: $131,700 to $278,000 per year. The recruiting effort fills a brand-new position.
