Cyber Security Analyst

About the role

Armstrong Fluid Technology is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to protect its digital assets, infrastructure and sensitive data. You will be a frontline defender, driving improvements in the organization’s cyber posture across a range of projects and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage identity lifecycles and enforce Zero Trust principles using Microsoft IAM and Privileged Identity Management.
• Design and deploy Microsoft Entra Conditional Access policies for secure authentication to Microsoft 365 resources.
• Engineer global patch deployments via Microsoft Intune to remediate zero‑day vulnerabilities.
• Harden Exchange Online and Teams environments with Defender for Office 365, transport rules and blocklists.
• Orchestrate incident response and threat containment in collaboration with internal IT and external partners.
• Implement Microsoft Purview Information Protection to prevent unauthorized data sharing and cloud exfiltration.
• Maintain security controls, policies and documentation, and conduct technical risk assessments.
• Drive regulatory compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR and HIPAA while monitoring emerging threats.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar cyber security role.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate incidents to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access Policies.
• Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Microsoft Intune for OS and application patching.
• Defender for Office 365.
• Microsoft Purview Information Protection.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR and HIPAA frameworks.
