Customer Support Representative – Wed to Sun

About the role

Youtooz is looking for a proactive Customer Support Representative to join its remote team. You will handle inquiries across email and major social platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for fans of internet‑culture collectibles. The role runs Wednesday through Sunday and offers the chance to become a brand ambassador for a fast‑growing e‑commerce company.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support via Email, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram and Reddit while maintaining the Youtooz brand voice.
• Resolve order issues such as address changes, refunds, lost shipments and product defects.
• Assist internal teams with operational and logistical tasks to keep the release and delivery pipeline smooth.
• Engage with the community on social media, responding to support inquiries and feedback.
• Act as a Youtooz brand ambassador, promoting a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of multi‑channel customer support experience.
• Strong written English, highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for internet culture and helping customers.
