Customer Support Representative (Temporary)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Temporary Customer Support Representative to join the Airbus Helicopters Canada after‑sales team in Fort Erie. Reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers handling repair, overhaul, rental, exchange, spare parts, warranty and option sales requests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage repair and overhaul orders, including preparing RMAs, quotations, pricing, turnaround times and shipment coordination.
• Handle rental and exchange orders, track incoming cores, bill late fees and generate invoices for flight hours, damages or overages.
• Process spare part and option sales, create sales orders in SAP and collaborate with technical representatives.
• Prepare weekly reports for top‑volume accounts and monitor all open sales, services, billings and warranties.
• Ensure on‑time deliveries by coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Participate in the 24‑hour AOG/on‑call rotation, responding to urgent customer calls after regular business hours.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused attitude with daily direct contact with customers.
• Ability to manage a predetermined list of accounts and keep track of portfolio activities.
• Willingness to work on‑call schedules and handle urgent service requests.
• Organised and detail‑oriented to prepare accurate documentation, quotations and invoices.
