Customer Support Representative – Remote (Canada)

About the role

This full‑time, entry‑level position supports clients remotely via phone and email. You will perform light troubleshooting, diagnose issues, and ensure accurate data entry to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The schedule is Monday‑Friday, 11:00 AM‑8:00 PM EST, with one paid 4‑hour Saturday overtime per month.

Key responsibilities

• Review the platform for pre‑existing accounts and compose emails to request necessary information.
• Create and manage incoming data records, verify FTP files for correct formatting and content.
• Provide daily updates to clients and follow up on open cases via outbound calls and emails.
• Conduct quality‑assurance checks on pricing fields, dealer website data, and inventory counts.
• Identify and resolve issues using CRM and ticketing tools, documenting all interactions.
• Communicate with clients and vendors at least once per day to ensure case progress.
