Customer Success Manager, Physician Groups

About the role
PointClickCare is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead relationships with physician group customers. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will ensure clients maximize the value of the PointClickCare EHR platform while traveling to client sites as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Build, grow, and expand client relationships at all organizational levels.
- Maintain critical contacts and act as the primary liaison for physician group accounts.
- Ensure customers are optimizing the use and value of PointClickCare solutions.
- Support the EHR for Practice Groups customer base.
- Travel to client locations (30‑50% travel) and attend in‑office events in Mississauga or Salt Lake City.
Required profile
- Business consulting background with enterprise experience.
- Proven ability to engage and influence C‑level stakeholders.
- Senior‑level experience in customer success or account management.
Required skills
- Experience with PointClickCare platform or similar EHR systems.
